The contact owns a 2005 Dodge Ram 3500. The contact stated that the rear driver and passenger doors malfunctioned. The contact mentioned that the failure was due to the fractured wiring harness and the failed latches. The vehicle was repaired by the vehicle owner. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 120,000.
Wiring harness on both rear doors have broken and no long will power lock and indicate the door is ajar aswell as rear speakers are no longer functional.
