Car Will Not Start problems of the 2008 Dodge Ram 3500

The contact owns a 2008 Dodge Ram 3500. When the ignition key was turned to the on position, the vehicle failed to start intermittently. The contact mentioned that the failure only occurred in cold temperatures. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the battery needed to be replaced.
