| Engine Noise problems |
During the past five years I have had the belts, on my 2000 Dodge caravan, replaced, six times. Four of those times the van had to be towed. The van only has 29,000 miles. Since it is a "handicapped" van it makes the situation even more serious.
Saterday Feb 12, 2005 was driving to visit family member about 9:30 - 10:00 am when dash board displayed "check gauges" I noticed oil gauge dropped down and engine started making noise I pulled over checked oil stick made oil in it. I called the Dodge service dept I was told to bring in. That Monday I brote in to dealer. I received a call saying that it was metal in the engine and the bearings was black and it needed a engine and it would cost about $5100. 00. My pressure went up.
