One problem related to headlights has been reported for the 2006 Dodge Sprinter. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The next time our headlights failed was about 30,000 miles later. The brights still worked and also the running lights but the regular hl did not. On interstates this was not too much trouble but I'm sure we were an aggravation to a few drivers coming our way. We went to a Dodge dealer (camped in his driveway) and asked for troubleshooting the next morning. They found no problem, but again, the next night, we had the same problem, before we got home to NW florida where our local dealer again found no problem. I think there is an inadequate ground to the main headlight circuit. There are separate fuses for the headlights, running lights and bright lights, on each side of the vehicle (6 in all). The fuses are all alright. When I check the lights in our driveway they seem to work fine now. . . .
