1 Engine And Engine Cooling problem

Tl the contact owns a 2006 (na) Dodge Sprinter. The contact stated that the vehicle lost power, failed to start, and decelerated while driving on a weekly basis. In addition, the check engine indicator illuminated. The vehicle was taken to towbin Dodge (275 auto mall dr, henderson, nv 89014, (702) 558-3800) where an appointment was scheduled. When the contact arrived at the dealer, they stated that there was no appointment in their system. The vehicle was then taken to chapman Dodge sahara (3175 e sahara Ave, las vegas, nv 89104, (702) 457-1061) where the staff was extremely rude and shunned the contact away. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and scheduled an appointment at the first Dodge dealer. Again, the dealer stated that the appointment did not show up in their system. The failure mileage was 94,300.

2 Engine And Engine Cooling problem

Failure Date: 11/16/2016

While in motion the vehicles wiper motor stopped working. After further inspection it was determined that the main wiring harness had failed and several electrical conductors had melted away their protective coating causing several systems to short out and stop working. This also caused the wiper motor to prematurely fail. Wiper motor was replaced hoping that it would still work after the exposed wiring was cut back and new wiring was spliced in. However the wiring harness continued to wear down and the wiper motor electrical circuit has completely shorted out.

3 Engine And Engine Cooling problem

Driving on hwy I felt a sudden loss of power/ no boost. On empty cargo I couldn't make it over 55-65 mph.

4 Engine And Engine Cooling problem

Failure Date: 10/15/2010

I left for vacation October 15, 2010 and have a loss of power , can't go over 55mph, which is good for saving diesel fuel but not for wanting to get to my vacation place. This Sprinter has only 9,300 miles on it.

5 Engine And Engine Cooling problem

Failure Date: 10/31/2007

The contact owns a 2007 Dodge Sprinter 3500. While driving 55 mph, the vehicle lost power and was towed to the dealer. The dealer stated that the turbo in the engine caused the failure and also blew the hose in the air induction. The hose was replaced under warranty. The contact is aware of the safety risk involved and the possibility of a rear end crash. The dealer also stated that the failure could recur and has noticed duplicate failures in several related vehicles. The vehicle was purchased in August of 2007 and repaired in October of the same year. The failure mileage was 10,000 and current mileage was 20,000. Updated 04/23/08 updated 04/23/08.

6 Engine And Engine Cooling problem

Failure Date: 09/11/2007

The roof top air conditioner units are not properly seal and leak rain waiter. This is an on going problem.
