Vehicle was traveling n on n Lincoln, o'fallon, IL between 20-30 mph. Went over bridge and without any warning steering wheel started to violently shake. Due to the speed of travel, was able to stop. Driver found right front tire perpendicular to the vehicle. The vehicle had to be towed to repair facility. Repair facility found right outer tie rod end had failed completely-the ball had come out of the socket.
