While inserting fueling nozzle into tank fill - plastic housing around tank fill just inside fill door collapsed into body of vehicle with nozzle and drivers hand while refueling vehicle.

When air gets into the gas tank it sets the engine check light on/off due to the cap being loose. Dealer has been contacted.
