Two problems related to brake pedal and linkage have been reported for the 1999 Dodge Stratus. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Brake pedal and accelerator pedal are too close to each other. This is causing pedal misapplication. When attempting to brake consumer is mistaking accelerator pedal for brake pedal. Consumer has yet to contact dealer. Please provide any further details.
Brake pedal falls away at slow speed and brakes are very noisy.
