One problem related to front seat belt retractor has been reported for the 1999 Dodge Stratus. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving 25 mph driver was involved in a collision. Upon impact the front driver seat belt failed to retract. This caused the driver to sustain minor injuries, and was transported to the hospital by ambulance. Vehicle was towed to a dealer for inspection.
