The contact owns a 2023 Ford Bronco. The contact stated that while driving in rainy weather at an undisclosed speed, the windshield wipers reduced speed and come to a complete stop. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where they were able to duplicate the failure; however, they were unable to diagnose the vehicle. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that it was a feature for the Smart windshield wiper motor. The failure mileage was approximately 25.
