The contact called autonation Ford north canton at 330-238-3206 (located at 5900 whipple Ave NW, north canton, OH 44720), but was unable to schedule an appointment due to their tight schedule. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the steering gear assembly failed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that it was not covered by the warranty. The failure mileage was 80,392.
