Air Bag Not Deploy Problems of Ford C-max

I was in a major accident (while driving on the highway, hit in the rear and pushed off the highway into a guard rail) my car was totaled and my airbags never deployed. It looks like my vehicle's make model and year were supposed to be part of a recall involving the airbag but we were never contacted and the dealer never acted on a recall.

The contact owns a 2013 Ford C-max hybrid. While driving 75 mph, the contact crashed into the rear of a Toyota tundra. The air bags did not deploy. There were no injuries and a police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to a body shop where it was deemed a total loss by the insurance company. The local dealer and manufacturer were not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed. The failure mileage was 146,000.

I was in an accident, driving approximately 25 mph when I hit the brakes with approximately 20 feet of distance, the anti lock brakes failed to engage causing the car to slide, and rear end the car in front of me, upon impact the airbags did not deploy.
