Two problems related to steering tie rod assembly have been reported for the 1996 Ford Crown Victoria. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Front suspension components have failed (tie rods, control arms).
Vehicle has had the front ball joint and inner tie rods replaced. Recall was ordered on vehicle.
