One problem related to high/low beam switch has been reported for the 1999 Ford Crown Victoria. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving 55 mph at night, headlights went out for about 30 seconds. Vehicle has not been examined by dealer. Consumer states while changing head lights from regular to bright beams, on several occasions, the lighting inside and outside goes out for at least 15-30 seconds, dealer can not duplicate.
