Tl- the contact owns a 2010 Ford Crown Victoria. The contact stated that while her fianc� was driving about 70 mph, the steering shaft broke inside the steering column, without warning, and caused the vehicle to hit the curb, went over the curb and stopped in a grassy area. The front passenger's side was vehicle was damaged. The air bag did not deploy and no injury was reported. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the steering shaft broke. The contact called the al packer's white marsh Ford dealer (443-777-5000, located at 9801 pulaski hwy, middle river, MD 21220) and was told that there was no recall.
