Tl- the contact owns a 2007 Ford Crown Victoria. The contact stated that while driving approximately 15 mph and making a left turn the steering wheel suddenly malfunctioned and continued to turn. The driver was unable to steer the vehicle and crashed into a curb causing the driver side air bag to deploy. During the incident the vehicle was destroyed and the driver sustained head, face, neck and back injuries along with arm burns all caused by the air bag deployment and required medical treatment. The vehicle was towed to the local dealer jack byrne Ford located at 1003 hudson river rd. Mechanicville, NY. Who determined that the lower steering shaft had failed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 168,000. Jft.

The contact owns a 2007 Ford Crown Victoria. While making a right turn at approximately 20 mph, the passenger side of the vehicle was crashed into by another vehicle. The driver side air bag partially deployed. The contact sustained a fractured rib, bruised lungs, and contusions on the head. The passenger seated in the rear was fatally injured. A police report was filed. The vehicle was not repaired and the manufacturer was not notified. The VIN was unavailable. The approximate failure mileage was 252,000.

While driving along on the freeway consumer's vehicle was hit head on at the rear wheel. Upon impact, both passenger's side and driver's side air bags deployed. Consumer read in manual that this should not have happened. Consumer has sustained body injuries which caused him to be all black and blue all over.

Consumer was travling at 46 mph when they were involved in a rear end collision. Air bag on driver's side did not deploy, but passenger's side air bag did deploy. Has not contacted manufacturer.

Consumers vehicle front end hit the passengers side of another vehicle at 30 mph, and neither drivers side or passenger side airbag deployed. Also had previously been rear-ended by a vehicle traveling at 65-70mph and pushed into a truck, and airbag did not deploy then,dealer has vehicle.
