Tire Problems of Ford Crown Victoria

2004 Ford crown vic police interceptor. Consumer writes in regards to several problems experienced with vehicle. The consumer stated shifting out of park was difficult, the brakes seemed squishy, the right front passenger window, the lights on the dashboard/speedometer were inoperable, and the water pump needed to be replaced. The turn signals, tail lights and brake lights were inoperable. Exhaust fumes entered the vehicle.

Bought a set of tires from ebay / simpletire. They were listed as new without any disclaimer. Ordered them Jan. 11th 2018, and received them Jan. 16th, 2018 via fedex. Checked the dot date code and saw that all four tires are over six years old. Attempted to contact simple tire through ebay messaging and they have not replied. It happened on 12/17/2015 in the day time around 12 noon with a 2003 Ford Crown Victoria lx with a set of 4 brand: firestone tires, tire line: precision touring, size: 235/60r16 99t, dot: 2rku, date code djc3413 --- in light rain the car was making a right hand turn at a speed under 30mph and lost control; the car did a 360 and slid and hit a utility pole. The component is the tires, they did not hold the road in light rain. The car as totaled. I have photos, and I am storing the car, so the tires and car it can be inspected.

Tire failure. On freeway traveling at apx 75 tread came off tire on back drivers side causing it to serve tip over and land in the ditch. A small amount of tread left on a small portion of tire with the rest of the dread coming off completely.

We purchased a set of b. F. Goodrich radial t/a (p21570s15) tires from sears, which were completely worn and considered under the legal limitations after only 25,000 miles of use. The tires had a 50,000 mile warranty. We have had the car fully maintained since the purchase of the car and the tires, and were told by professionals that they felt the tires were a manufacturer defect. They also told us we should replace the tires immediately or we could be putting ourselves and our child in danger. We went to sears and they refused to help us and simply wanted us to buy a whole new set of tires, even after I showed them every receipt on the maintenance to prove this did not happen because of neglect on our part.

The tire fell apart. The rubber is coming off exposing the steel wall and lifting up around the inside edge of tire.

Police officer noticed one of the front tires was flat due to a faulty/cracked rim.

Consumer told by dealer that the firestone affinity tires were out of round which caused vibration in the front end of the vehicle. Nlm.

All four tires were replaced, due to failure - firestone p225/60r16m&s 6-121616-4.

A new vehicle began vibrating, especially in colder weather. The customer suspected that the firestone offinity tires to be the cause of the vibration problem. It was later confirmed by the news of defective firestone SUV tires and the recalls made. However, the customer discovered that these tires were not included in the recall. The customer feels all firestone tires should be investigated. Tire size p225/60r16 and dot # w2x01p6258.

Defective tires caused the floorboard to vibrate and the vehicle to shimmy while driving, the vehicle could not be driven over 40 mph, the consumer purchased a different brand of tires now the vibration and shimmy has ceased (michelin p215-60rx15). Nlm.

I would like to know if my car has been in an accident. It drives all over the road. And also my tire ripped to shreds.
