One problem related to radio/tape cd player has been reported for the 1999 Ford E-150. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
When brakes are applied driver is not able to turn steering wheel. Dealer has attempted to repair vehicle on several occasions. Transmission leaks and rear heater failed. Window coverings are falling apart, drivers door malfunctions and the stereo system is defective.
