Suspension Noise problem #1

The problem presented as a "popping" noise as reported by the driver, whenever the brakes were applied. Upon investigation for brake system problem the repair station identified the broken spring. This coil spring is broken in several locations along the upper coil, with fragmentation in longitudinal and transverse body of the spring material. This could present a loss of suspension control if the breakage worsened, or occurred at multiple other locations in the course of degradation. The vehicle has been removed from service, and other units in the same order history for this fleet are being inspected. Dt.

Front Suspension problem #2

Upon speeds in excess of 45mph, front end vibrates as if you are driving an orbital sander on gravel.

Suspension problem #3

Vehicle sways and bottoms out. Box on the truck falls down and hits the tires. It is 1500lbs under gross weight. Contacted dealer, they had called the region engineer. Vehicle does not meet gvw standards.
