One problem related to ignition has been reported for the 1999 Ford E-350. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Spark plugs for this v-10 engine were not properly installed. Spark plug worked itself loose over time and stripped threads in engine block before coming completely loose. Resulting thread damage forced a complete new motor head installation at considerable expense and inconvenience.
