One problem related to underhood wiring has been reported for the 2003 Ford E-350. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
: the contact stated the vehicle was involved in a crash while driving 15 mph. The vehicle rear-ended another vehicle, and glanced off the bumper. A passenger in the second vehicle noticed smoke emanating from under the hood, followed closely by flames. A police report was taken, and the vehicle was considered a total loss. The vehicle was not seen by a dealer, however the manufacturer was notified.
