Wheel Related Problems of the 2022 Ford E-350

Wheel problem

I own a 2022 thor quantum lc22 motorhome build on a 2022 Ford e350 chassis. The rear dually tires were installed with dicor brand inner tire valve extenders. These extenders are attached to the outer wheels using a plastic clip. The plastic clip on the driver's side extender broke off, causing the extender device to hang free. As I was driving the vehicle, the device wedged between the tires and cut the sidewalls on both, causing a sudden flat tire. Both tires needed to be replaced. When at the repair shop, the mechanic found the other valve extender on the passenger side was also broken and hanging free. I believe this is a defect and should be investigated as it could cause a blowout.
