One problem related to horn assembly has been reported for the 2003 Ford E-550. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Door ajar signal stays on after starting engine and all doors have been checked for any openings. Locks will not lock automatically after moving pass 5 to 8 miles per hour. When using remote lock the horn beeps twice and all interior lights and outside mirror lights stay on.
