Two problems related to tire blowout have been reported for the 2001 Ford Econoline. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Nar 02/10/2003. Ohio police report. Tire blew out. Vehicle skidded off the road struck a guardrail. The rear tire and rim was missing and the studs had broke off. Tire brand, size and dot # unknown.
Tire was outer on dual rear wheels - the inside of this tire blew out completely. Fortunately I was able to control truck and quickly access the shoulder, but in heavy evening traffic. (tiresize: lt225/75rx).
