I was broadside left front went I was return from the va hospital with a veteran . The van had over $6000. 00 damage. But the air bags didn't deploy . I called Ford to report this an I was told I had to them what the insurance was doing . I told them the gov. Was taking care of that ! I was told I could not report if I didn't know what they were going to do.
