Sped up a bit today get in front of my husband and as I did I noticed that all of a sudden I lost power. I wasn't able to go faster than 40 mph, and I wasn't able to go into gear.

Me dirig�a a la salida del centro comercial conocido como "plaza san luis", a una velocidad aproximada DE 10 kil�metros por hora; me dispon�a a ubicarme en el m�dulo DE control DE acceso para insertar mi boleto DE salida, cuando DE manera s�bita, espont�nea, se comenz� a escuchar que el motor se revolucinaba como cuando se alcanzan alt�simos niveles DE aceleraci�n; casi inmediatamente sal� disparada a una alt�sima velocidad que me descontrol�, proyect�ndome contra el dispositivo DE control DE acceso DE la plaza (pluma), para posteriormente llevarme a brincar un camell�n con terreno sumamente accidentado, situaci�n que puso en grave riesgo mi vida, la DE mi acompa�ante y la DE posibles v�ctimas circunstanciales. Considero que la falla tuvo que ver con el sistema electrico, porque una vez que el veh�culo perdi� velocidad, los testigos del tablero comenzaron a parpadear intermitentemente, y tambi�n tengo el fundado temor DE que la falla presentada est� relacionado con un defecto en el aceleramiento, que me fue previamente informado a traves DE un llamado a revisi�n. En resumen, el veh�culo, bajo una velocidad sostenida DE aproximadamente 10 kil�metros por hora, inici� un s�bito proceso DE revoluci�n del motor que origin� que sali�ramos disparadas a una alt�sima velocidad, proyect�ndome contra un dispositivo contenedor (pluma) y posteriormente sobre un camell�n, para posteriormente dejarme ubicada en sentido contrario en una avenida.

The contact owns a 1999 Ford econo RV s-duty equipped with a samsung microwave, model mr5493g. The contact stated that the failure was identical to oven circuit recall number: 03e044400. A neighbor advised the contact that the RV was on fire. The contact observed that the microwave caused the fire and she extinguished it without notifying the fire department. The contact sustained an extensive burn on her leg, but did not seek medical attention. Samsung advised her that they had no parts to repair the microwave although it was damaged beyond repair. The manufacturer also stated that there were no authorized RV dealers in her area to replace the microwave. The microwave was the original equipment in the RV and it was mounted on the ceiling of the RV. The fire burned a hole in the ceiling and caused damage to the cabinets. The contact had not driven the RV since the fire occurred due to the safety risk and the hole in the ceiling. The serial and part numbers were unknown.

Well it goes like this, new plugs and coil packs where installed at dean arbour Ford in pinconning michigan in my 1999 e350 Econoline van. So the issue at hand from what I have read about was improper installation of said plug or plugs from what I have read in answers. Com from what Ford motor company has said that it is improper installation or over tightening, not torqued properly. Well if this was the issue at hand then they are not properly training their techs, which I do not see that being the issue at hand. It is as I see, poorly designed as to the same issue happening to so many others. Which I see they should be held accountable for the design flaw. My experience with my problem at hand was not under heavy load, I was at a stop sign and went to proceed. What happened after that was stepping on the gas slowly to move forward and bang, and I mean (bang). It keep popping until I shut it down igniting as that cylinder in rotation came to that firing order for that cylinder. Everything that I have read indicates that the cylinder on the passenger side of a 5. 4 triton head 2nd one from the back forward is the one that is famious for ejecting from the head. Right above the plug is the coil pack and above that is the fuel rail which inturn when the plug ejected itself could have been very hazardous. The popping was the plug sparking, which was igniting the fuel pumped into the cylinder by the injector. This could have been a very explosive situation meaning (fire). With the luck of the draw I was not like some of the unlucky ones that have caused a fire from the ejection of the spark plug. With the complaints that have arised from this issue the Ford motor company should be held accountable for this known problem, before someone looses their life from this known issue. You would think that Ford would want to address this known issue for liability reasons, before the unknown happens. Loss of of life, you can't replace it, but you can replace or address the issue.
Trailer hitch had no locking bolts. When hauling freight hitch broke. Dealer has been contacted.
