Seat brackets on driver's seat snapped, vehicle was stopped, consumer's foot on brake, seat went all the way back. Ford takes no responsibility since out of warranty, and vehicle being conversion van. Ford dealer offered to pay 2/3 of cost of repair.

Design of the seat arm rests allows seat belt buckle to release when arms are down and seat is in upright position.
Driver's seat goes backward when accelerating. Ford has replaced tracks four times, and problem has reoccurred.
