Me dirig�a a la salida del centro comercial conocido como "plaza san luis", a una velocidad aproximada DE 10 kil�metros por hora; me dispon�a a ubicarme en el m�dulo DE control DE acceso para insertar mi boleto DE salida, cuando DE manera s�bita, espont�nea, se comenz� a escuchar que el motor se revolucinaba como cuando se alcanzan alt�simos niveles DE aceleraci�n; casi inmediatamente sal� disparada a una alt�sima velocidad que me descontrol�, proyect�ndome contra el dispositivo DE control DE acceso DE la plaza (pluma), para posteriormente llevarme a brincar un camell�n con terreno sumamente accidentado, situaci�n que puso en grave riesgo mi vida, la DE mi acompa�ante y la DE posibles v�ctimas circunstanciales. Considero que la falla tuvo que ver con el sistema electrico, porque una vez que el veh�culo perdi� velocidad, los testigos del tablero comenzaron a parpadear intermitentemente, y tambi�n tengo el fundado temor DE que la falla presentada est� relacionado con un defecto en el aceleramiento, que me fue previamente informado a traves DE un llamado a revisi�n. En resumen, el veh�culo, bajo una velocidad sostenida DE aproximadamente 10 kil�metros por hora, inici� un s�bito proceso DE revoluci�n del motor que origin� que sali�ramos disparadas a una alt�sima velocidad, proyect�ndome contra un dispositivo contenedor (pluma) y posteriormente sobre un camell�n, para posteriormente dejarme ubicada en sentido contrario en una avenida.

I received a recall notice in 9/07 from the Ford company concerning my 2003 motorhome. It involved the speed control deactivation switch, which they said was defective. When I contacted a local Ford dealer as instructed by the letter, I was told the repair had to wait till the parts arrived in December. When I called the dealer lst week, I was told the parts wouldn't arrive until at least February. I called the Ford toll-free number and was told the same thing. Why are they dragging their feet on this? why does it take so long to get the parts?.

Rec'd notification of a safety recall dated August 2007, recall # 0s28 I have called repeatedly regarding this repair, but they state the required parts are not available. As of today I was informed that it will be at least June 2008 when this can be done. A 10 month wait for replacement parts on a safety recall seems rather out of the ordinary.
