The contact owns a 2007 Ford Edge. The contact stated that the traction control system would intermittently engage while driving at various speeds above 30 mph and the vehicle would decelerate. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer and the steering angle sensor was replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure, but offered no assistance. The failure mileage was unknown.

Traction Control Light On problem #2

The contact owns a 2007 Ford Edge. While driving 10 mph, the vehicle lunged forward and hesitated to accelerate. In addition, while making a left turn, the traction light illuminated without warning. The vehicle was taken to be repaired, but the dealer could not diagnose the issue. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was 92,000.
