The vehicle was towed to dick witham Ford (2033 la porte rd, waterloo, IA 50702, (319) 234-4200) where the contact was informed that the welds were defective. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 113,780.
This Ford Edge was completely totaled out. I had recieved a class action lawsuit of an awardment of $5,000. 00 where is my $5,000. 00 I should have been killed in this acident.
