Rear right wheel makes bouncing noice when driving and steering wheel stays to the right. When back in and rear in goes to the right. Have taken car to two different Ford dealerships and they charge me for alignment and shock in back and car still a danger when pulling to the right. Over 2000. 00 paid and still not fixed.

The contact owns a 2012 Ford Edge. The contact stated that when making a left or right turn, the vehicle would make a loud popping noise. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where the technician told the contact that they could not locate a failure. In addition, the contact stated that the vehicle was taken to another dealer where the vehicle was diagnosed that both axles were detached and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 60,000.
