When we were able to go out safely I brought car to my dealership and showed the paper work and the service dept said it is not covered anymore and I would have to pay $500. 00 approximately. I called Ford from there and they would not give the ok on fixing it,where they would be able to do while I was there for regular maintenance. I advised them that I was only informed by that one letter in 2020. I have been having them do my service since I bought car in 2013 and nothing was ever mentioned about this problem . And now problem with door is continuous and I feel it should be taken care of by Ford. You have my VIN # please have someone get back to me on what I should do to have this repaired byford.
