I purchased these tires and they were installed on 1/19/25. I paid $426. 20 including the installation fees. After installation we noticed the tires were extremely loud above 40 mph. We returned and had the tires balanced again and the noise problem continued. It drowned out the cabin and made it difficult to hear anything outside of the vehicle. The poor customer service department made me complete a warranty request which was denied within hours because the warranty doesn’t cover noise. They refused to take any responsibility for this hazardous issue that was previously reported. They claim their tires are quiet on various sites, but this is false. There have been many reports to arroyo and they are not willing to address the unsafe issue. Various reviews on the internet express the same concerns about excessive noise. I replaced the scary tires with another set and they are very quiet and don’t produce the excess noise like the arroyo tires. 245/50zr20 102w.
Getting in my vehicle one day noticed a bump on the side of the tire and determined it was probably the belt or belts on the inside of tire probably failed. When I was looking online noticed there were recalls for many tires in the komho tire company particularly the solus line in that specific year. This is a very dangerous situation I am told,.
Potential early tire failure. This tire line (federal couragia xuv) is first manufactured in September 2015, and all four of mine have displayed noticeable rubber cracking in the tire body area (down inside the tread grooves). Ford dealer and tire dealer have both stated this is very premature condition and advised tire replacement.
