Tl- the contact owns a 2013 Ford Edge. The contact stated that there was a constant failure with the transmission gear slipping out of drive. The contact was uncertain if the failure may progress to the other gears rendering the risk of a potential catastrophic crash. The problem was getting worse to the point that there was a reduction in speed when needing to pick up speed due to a delay in the gears changing over. The vehicle was inspected by three different repair facility independent certified mechanics for a technical diagnosis as transmission specialists. The dealer borgman Ford, 3150 28th st sw, grandville, mi 49418, (616) 534-7651 was notified of the failure.
