Sun/moon Roof Assembly problems of the 2019 Ford Edge

The contact owns a 2019 Ford Edge. The contact stated while driving 75 mph, the sunroof imploded and shattered inadvertently. The contact stated that the sunroof shade guard was closed at the time of the failure. The contact exited the highway and veered to the side of the roadway. The contact then drove for 40 minutes to the residence and parked the vehicle. The dealer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the vehicle was unsafe to drive. This could have caused a horrible accident which would have involved the many drivers around me.
