Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problems of the 2020 Ford Edge

Torque converter not working right and is damaging the transmission. Causes shuddering while accelerating and jumping motion. It jumps so hard at times that it seems like its not giving any power to go and almost like it is going to stall and cause a wreck. Happens when accelerating from being stopped or slowed down. They had me replace the dual pressure egr something that cost me $690 that did nothing and made it worse it seemed like.

The vehicle is leaking coolant into the engine due to a failing egr cooler. Problems include, white smoke coming from the engine, severe coolant loss, loss of heat, and foul smell coming from the vents. After a service inspection it was determined that the coolant leak is causing the engine to fail and a replacement engine is necessary.

Egr cooler faulty; the year this vehicle was manufactured in 2019 has an active recall with this same issue; however because my vehicle in the same year; 2019, was manufactured in a different time bracket Ford will not honor said repair. Leaving me with an extended warranty whom will not cover said repair also. $1800(+) out of pocket expense. Any insight on how one is too challenge this?.

Loss of power while driving in rush hour traffic. Couldn't maintain 40mph. Had to pull into parking lot and start walking before loss of power was driving 40 mph on city street in 60 degree weather.
