Good day. I purchased a 2024 Ford Edge sel in March 2024. I would like to call your attention to the vehicle's horn. I was unable to alert a truck driver who was backing up that he was going to back inro my car. The horn for the vehicle is extremely weak, in fact too weak to be audible to a driver in front of you who has their car windows closed. It is inaudible in that instance nor is it audible over traffic noise or rain. In my case, the only thing that stopped the truck continuing its reversing was my vehicle - he couldn't continue moving. It resulted in $5,800. 00 front-end damage to my vehicle.
