One problem related to car throttle stuck has been reported for the 1998 Ford Escort. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving throttle remained open and was stuck. Ended up hitting another vehicle. Also hit a tree & a pole. Tried to shift into neutral & vehicle failed to slow down or stop. Finally shut vehicle off. Sometime later, restarted vehicle & it was still running at full throttle. Have not taken to dealership.
