Consumer's was traveling on the highway another vehicle crossed over into consumer's vehicle lane and hit it head on. The driver 's side seat belt failed to hold the driver in. Upon impact, both frontal airs bags did not deploy. Driver sustained head injuries. The ambulance was called, but the driver refused to go to the hospital by ambulance. She went on her on the same day. Vehicle was towed and totaled by the insurance company.

Vehicle was struck from rear at approximately 40 mph. Upon impact, driver's seat belt failed to lock, and driver sustained injuries to head/eyes, and neck. Vehicle at dealer's body shop. Feel free to provide any further details on this matter.
Consumer was sent recall notice 00v228001/ sea tbelt buckles. But when vehicle was taken in to dealer first, had to look if seat belts were in need of replacement .
Weather was 74 degrees, I t-boned vehicle in the wrong @ 25mph. Neither airbag deployed on impact, seatbelt unfastened causing me to hit windshield and get leg caught under steering column. Possible permanent injuries.

While driving on a ramp vehicle was involved in an accident and the air bags did not deploy, and the seatbelts did not lock up. Please provide any futher information.
Driver's side seatbelts never locked down. When the passenger side airbag was deployed it shattered the windshield. Glass was on the passenger's seat and if some one was there they would have been cut.
Vehicle was involved in an accident. Vehicle spinned out of control, hitting another vehicle by the passenger's side right rear wheel. Before the impact, consumer noticed speed of 50 mph. Driver's side seat belt failed to lock in place, and air bags failed to deploy. Manufacturer. Notified.

No deployment of driver's air bag during a collision. Also driver's seat belt failed to lock. Driver sustained injuries. Entire front part of vehicle wa scrushed when vehicle hit a pole.
While vehicle was involved in a collision front drivers side belt buckle seperated.
Seat belts will not buckle, except the seat belt buckle on driver's side. Took vehicle back to the dealership. However, the dealership would not comply with warranty standards.
My daughter hydroplaned and was slung into a guard rail. On impact two seatbelts popped open. The airbags opened but didn't prevent the driver and passenger from hitting the windshield. I thought airbags were supposed to prevent people from hitting the windshield.
When making a sudden stop seat belt would not lock up. Please provide further information.
