Side/window Air Bag Problems of Ford Escort

While driving smoke started to come out from the front passenger side air bag compartment. Consumer pulled over, and had the vehicle towed. Dealership was notified, but did not resolve the problem.

Driver's side air bag deployed while vehicle was parked, causing windshield to blowout.

Consumer was traveling about 35mph on highway, and while driving another vehicle made a sudden stop and without prior warning she ran into the back of driver's vehicle. Driverside airbag didn't go off fully, but passenger side airbag broke of window of door. Dealership was aware of problem.

Consumer was on a side street turning into a parking lane. And another vehicle hit her from behind, and passenger's side airbag went off all the way. Driver's side airbad didn't deploy all the way.
