One problem related to front suspension lower ball joint has been reported for the 1999 Ford Excursion. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While backing up and turning, the lower ball joint on my 1999 Ford expedition failed. The pin actually sheared off the ball. The vehicle had about 96200 miles on it.
