About a month ago my 200 Ford Excursion service engine soon light came on. Then 2 days later my overdrive light started flashing and it would jerk when changing gears. The Ford dealership where I live has had it in and out of the shop 4 times with no remedy. I have already spent $400. 00 with it not fixed. Front speed sensor and the rear sensor have both been replaced. Also transmission fluid was drained and replaced. I then came across many other Ford owners that have had this same problem.
When driving the overdrive light illuminated on the dash. The consumer took the vehicle to the dealership for inspection. The technician informed the consumer that the transmission had failed. Please provide any additional information.
