Interior lights will not go out. This started happening out of nowhere one day. It is a serious safety issue for night driving. I was told it needs an instrument cluster panel and door latch with estimated cost of over $700. 00. Ford said it's not under warranty. This vehicle was purchased new. I suspect this is a defect in many Excursions. I have been driving 38 years and have never experienced or heard of a problem of this nature. This is not a wear and tear issue. I believe it is a defective part. Also, power seat on drivers side has now stopped working.
