One problem related to turn signal flasher unit has been reported for the 1997 Ford Expedition. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Foil backing of mirror I peeling, bubbling. This does not provide a reflection for viewing. All makes from 1997-1999 Ford vehicles that have the flasher built in the mirror are experiencing this and Ford only replaces under warranty.
