Consumer and 2 year old child were involved in a accident, the childs seat belt unlatched and his car seat completely flipped over. Nlm.

2 Front Seat Belt Anchorage problem

Failure Date: 05/12/1999

Low speed driver side impact by Dodge minivan resulted in rollover accident. Driver side roof crush and seat belt failure resulted in broken neck for driver. Now c-6 quadraplegic.

3 Front Seat Belt Anchorage problem

Failure Date: 08/18/1998

Bolt on shoulder harness fell off and seat belt fell into driver lap during a normal stop.

4 Front Seat Belt Anchorage problem

Due to the design of the seat belt mounting points, car seats do not fit properly, seats move and are not stable.
