Three problems related to steering wheel have been reported for the 1998 Ford Expedition. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Rear lower trailing arms rusted completely thru gas tank straps rusted thru.
While driving 55mph steering has alot of play in the wheel which makes it impossible to keep the vehicle on the road. Consumer contacted dealer and manufacturer.
If the steering wheel is not centered, the turn signals will not work. Dealer and manufacturer have been notified.
