We purchased a used 2007 Ford Expedition el with 40,000 miles on it from a certified Ford dealership. After a few months we noticed that the paint on the hood and the liftgate was bubbling. We took it to the dealership and they said the paint was oxidizing, not rusting. The dealership tried to file a claim under warranty but it was denied. We have tried a second time and waiting to hear back. A vehicle with a $50,000 msrp that has the paint bubbling off after 2 and a half years is terrible. I will think twice before purchasing another Ford product.
