The contact owns a 2008 Ford Expedition. Ever since the vehicle was purchased, the transmission has experienced difficulty shifting from gear to gear. The contact has taken the vehicle back to the dealer at least four times, but they cannot determine the cause of the failure. The failure mileage was 12,000. Updated 03-09-09 the transmission shifted erratic at higher gears. Also the vehicle was sluggish on acceleration. The dealer reprogrammed the pcm and tcm.
