The contact sustained black eyes, bruises on the forehead, a scratch on the scalp that extended to her nose, a swollen nose, swollen forehead and swollen eyes. The contact had not received medical assistance. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to a tow lot, where it was totaled. The dealer and the manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The airbag case/seal is ruptured and splitting in the center of the steering wheel and looks like it will self-deploy on its own. Their airbag warning light is not illuminated.
