general problems of the 2015 Ford Expedition

The contact owns a 2015 Ford Expedition. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 60 - 65 mph, another vehicle struck the contact's front driver's side, causing the contact's vehicle to spin. The vehicle then crashed into the side embankment wall. The air bags did not deploy. The impact caused the contact's chest to hit the steering wheel. The contact suffered a fractured sternum as well as neck and shoulder injuries. The contact's passenger suffered bruising on her neck, shoulder, and chest. The contact and her passenger were transported by ambulance to the hospital. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to the tow yard but was not yet deemed totaled by the insurance company. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 56,300.

I was involved in a major front end collision yesterday that is most likely resulting in totaling my brand new car. My entire front end is demolished and frame was definitely effected as car doors couldn't even be opened. With all that said my air bags didn't deploy, the safety feature that is supposed to protect my family and I god forbid we get in an accident which we did and I want to know why! I contacted Ford last night and they referred my to my dealership and when I called my dealership they told me they don't make the cars! I just want answers.
